At Adventure Heist, we currently accept payments exclusively via bank transfer. This ensures fully secure, transparent, and traceable transactions for our riders. By avoiding third-party gateway and card processing fees, we are able to reinvest more into what truly matters—safety standards, experienced tour staff, reliable logistics, and overall rider experience. All payments are officially recorded and acknowledged with proper invoices and confirmations.

While making payment please make sure to select your respective currency £/$/AUD as the sending currency, and the receiving currency should be INR (₹). Please quote your name & tour start date when making payment.
Note: Any transaction fee or bank charges during payment are to be borne by the rider and should not be deducted from the tour amount.

Once payment is done send us an email at booking@adventureheist.com with

  • Rider/Pillion Names
  • Tour Code/Tour Name
  • Tour Start Date(Check tour page for available fixed departure dates)

PAYMENT TERMS

To secure a spot on any Adventure Heist tour, customers must pay a non-refundable initial booking deposit of GBP 299 (or its equivalent in other currencies) per person.

The initial booking deposit of GBP 299 pp (or its equivalent in other currencies) is non-refundable. However, if the customer is unable to join the tour on the tour start date due to a genuine emergency, the deposit amount may be transferred to a future booking, provided that:

  1. The new booking is scheduled within one year from the original booking date.
  2. The customer notifies us at least 90 days prior to the original travel date.
  3. The customer provides valid and verifiable proof of the emergency (e.g., medical certificate, death notice, etc.).

Approval of deposit transfer requests is at the sole discretion of ADVENTURE HEIST and is subject to availability and applicable terms.

The remaining balance of the tour package must be paid no later than 90 days before the departure date. Failure to complete the full payment within this timeframe will result in the booking being considered canceled, with no refund provided.

Additionally, any cancellation made less than 90 days before the tour start date will not be eligible for any refund.
