1. Cancellations and Refunds:
Reservations and bookings made through ADVENTURE HEIST are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the Activity Provider. These policies may vary and can change over time.
ADVENTURE HEIST reserves the right to charge applicable taxes, service charges, convenience fees, or similar charges when and where necessary. These charges are to be paid by the user.
2. Special Offers and Coupons:
ADVENTURE HEIST provides coupons to users, and there are specific terms and conditions associated with them:
ADVENTURE HEIST’s responsibility is to share the coupon with the user upon receipt of payment.
The redemption of the coupon is the user’s responsibility, and the service or activity related to the coupon is provided by the Activity Provider.
Coupons have an expiry date, which is mentioned on the coupon itself. Users cannot use the coupon after it has expired.
Coupons are not redeemable for cash, meaning they cannot be exchanged for money.
Once a coupon is purchased, it cannot be refunded or cancelled. Adventure Heist remains all right to change the coupon and its related policy.
3. Independent Contractors:
Independent Contractors are individuals or organizations chosen by ADVENTURE HEIST to provide services to users during their outbound tours. These services may include hotels, airlines, shipping companies, coaches, and more.
ADVENTURE HEIST does not directly control or operate these services but acts as a facilitator between the user and the service providers.
Users should be aware that ADVENTURE HEIST is not responsible for the quality of services provided by these independent contractors.
4. Outbound Tour:
An outbound tour is a tour operated by ADVENTURE HEIST outside of India.
It encompasses various types of tours, such as brochure tours, special tours, packages, cruises, sightseeing, and more.
Users should be aware that the specific details of each outbound tour are typically provided in a brochure.
5. Tour Cost:
The tour cost represents the total booking cost of all services booked by the user for their outbound tour.
This includes the cost of accommodation, transportation, meals, and any other services provided as part of the tour.
6. Booking Fees:
Booking fees refer to a non-refundable fee or token money that the user is required to deposit at the time of booking.
These fees are typically paid to secure a spot on the tour and may not be refunded in case of cancellations.
5. Brochure:
A brochure is a document provided by ADVENTURE HEIST that contains comprehensive details about the itinerary and activities included in a specific outbound tour.
Users are encouraged to review the brochure to understand the tour’s offerings and itinerary.
6. Infant and Child:
The terms “infant” and “child” are defined for the purpose of the outbound tour.
An infant is a person below the age of 2 years, while a child is a person above the age of 2 years and below the age of 12 years.
Role of ADVENTURE HEIST and Limitation of Liability:
ADVENTURE HEIST plays the role of a facilitator in organizing and booking services for the outbound tour. We do not directly control or operate airlines, hotels, transport services, or other facilities mentioned in the brochure or via other channels.
ADVENTURE HEIST is not responsible and liable for any issues or accidents caused by the actions or defaults of independent contractors, including hotels, airlines, transport, shipping companies, and others.
The company is also not liable for any actions or behaviors of co-travelers or co-passengers that may lead to injury, damage, or interference in the enjoyment of tour services.
ADVENTURE HEIST has limitations on liability. In the event of any claims arising from the tour, their liability will be capped at the total booking amount paid by the user.
Exceptional Circumstances:
In cases where service providers are unable to honor confirmed bookings due to various reasons, such as climatic conditions, government decisions, or technical issues, ADVENTURE HEIST will make reasonable efforts to provide alternatives or refunds.
However, ADVENTURE HEIST does not take full responsibility for such circumstances, and users may need to contact the service provider directly for resolutions and refunds.
Brochure:
Information provided in the brochure is based on the information available at the time of publication. ADVENTURE HEIST reserves the right to make changes to this information, both before and after the booking, if events beyond their control necessitate such changes.
Prices quoted in the brochure are calculated based on prevailing rates at the time of printing. ADVENTURE HEIST reserves the right to amend these prices in case of currency fluctuations, changes in exchange rates, fuel costs, or other factors.
Meals and Special Requests:
Meal menus for the tour are pre-set and indicated in the brochure. Special meal requests are generally not guaranteed, except as mentioned in the brochure.
ADVENTURE HEIST reserves the right to change the menu if circumstances require it. If a user cannot avail a meal for any reason, no claim can be made against ADVENTURE HEIST.
Hotels in the Outbound Tour:
ADVENTURE HEIST selects hotels based on an internal assessment, aiming to provide the best options and services within respective categories.
Users should note that once a specific category or star rating of a hotel is chosen, claims or disputes regarding the hotel’s star category or type will not be entertained.
Itinerary:
ADVENTURE HEIST provides a proposed itinerary to users before booking. This proposed itinerary is subject to change.
The final confirmed booking details and hotel vouchers sent to the user are considered final.
The tour price may increase without prior notice if substantial changes occur before departure.
Claims and Changes:
Users are not entitled to claims for no full utilization of the last day of the tour or inclusion in the tour.
Changes to the itinerary are made at the discretion of ADVENTURE HEIST. Users should be aware that any request for changes in the itinerary after booking may incur additional costs.
Travel and Coach Services:
When you use our outbound tours, we utilize coaches for transportation and local sightseeing without assigning specific seat numbers. Travelers are expected to follow the Tour Manager’s instructions. If you have valuable belongings, it’s advisable not to leave them behind on the coach, as we are not responsible for their loss. The safety and responsibility of baggage and personal items rest with the traveler.
Any damage to the coach caused by a traveler’s actions will be the responsibility of the traveler. We have specific rules for our coach drivers, including maximum driving hours and rest periods. Travelers must adhere to the day’s timetable, and if sightseeing is missed due to delays caused by the traveler, we won’t provide a refund.
In the event of coach breakdown or transportation issues, we will offer an alternative within a reasonable time. However, we are not responsible for delays due to breakdowns, traffic, or other causes.
Tipping:
Tipping is customary worldwide for services like porters, coach drivers, and guides. The amount is at the traveler’s discretion, but tipping the coach driver is mandatory at 2 Euros for Europe and the UK, and 2 Dollars for the USA per person per day during the tour.
Currency and Traveler’s Cheques:
We recommend travelers carry local currency, traveler’s cheques, or a travel currency card. Traveler’s cheques are a secure way to carry money, as they can be replaced if lost or stolen. Alternatively, a travel currency card offers 24/7 access to cash at ATMs.
Accommodation for Children Below 12 Years:
If a child under 12 is booked on a tour without a separate bed, no separate bed will be provided at the hotel.
Bookings Through Travel Agents:
When bookings are made through travel agents, the travel agent’s signing of the booking form is binding on the traveler. The traveler is responsible for providing accurate contact details. We are not liable for promises made by other travel agents. All services are provided according to our brochures or documents at the time of booking. Refunds for bookings through other travel agents will be made to the authorized travel agent.
Forfeiture of Deposits:
A non-refundable, interest-free booking fee may be required at the time of booking. Cancellation charges apply if the traveler cancels, fails to adhere to the payment schedule, or if a visa is not granted. We may recover costs incurred due to visa denial by deducting cancellation charges.
Cancellation Due to Visa Rejection:
Travelers must possess valid visas for all countries on the outbound tour. If a visa is not granted, we will deduct applicable cancellation charges and refund the remaining amount. If the traveler wishes to reapply for a visa, they must bear the associated costs.

Payment of the Tour Cost:
Payment is made according to the provided schedule, either online or by direct bank transfer. Payments can be in INR or foreign currency. PAN card/relevant document copy is required for cash payments of Rs. 25,000 or more. Exchange rates can affect the tour cost.
Refunds:
We facilitate refunds, but actual refund processing depends on the service provider. Changes in accommodation are not eligible for refunds or compensation. Adventure Heist reserves all rights on final refund amount.
Amendments:
We have the right to amend a tour or holiday after booking. The traveler can either accept the amended tour or receive a refund of the tour cost after deducting expenses.
Promotions & Discounts:
We may offer promotions and discounts, but entitlement is subject to eligibility. We reserve the right to withdraw any scheme or discount at any time.
Tour Arrangements & Other Activities:
Specific terms and conditions apply to tour arrangements like carnivals, cruises, amusement parks, etc. Travelers are responsible for timely registration and must meet the group at the specified place and time. Failure to do so or canceling after using air tickets may result in no refund.We are not responsible for health, safety, or well-being during activities like adventure sports. Any accidents or injuries are the traveler’s sole risk and liability.
Miscellaneous:
We may withdraw tour membership if a traveler’s behavior disrupts the tour. Travel insurance is mandatory. Changing from one tour to another is treated as a cancellation. Self-drive cabs are offered by third-party operators, and we act as a facilitator. Operators are responsible for the terms and conditions, pricing, and any issues during the booking. We have limited liability for certain situations.
Cancellation of booking is sole right of Adventure Hesit ,on grounds of legal and security aspect of location in regards with national/local interest or law and order situations.
Adventure Heist reserves sole right on decisions to cancel/change any individual/group’s on tour considering all natural and man made factors.
Adventure Heist reserves all right regarding this Cancellation policy and can change on need basis.
