At Adventure Heist, we offer multiple secure and flexible payment options for your convenience:

Booking Token Amount per Person (GBP 299 / AUD 623 / USD 439) can be paid via:

  1. WISE (Lowest charges & highest conversion rate)
  2. Card Payment via secure gateway/link(On Request) (3–4% convenience charges & decent conversion rate)
  3. Direct Bank Transfer to Adventure Heist account (Highest charges & lowest conversion rate)

Your booking is confirmed once the token amount is received through any of the above methods in a fully transparent and traceable manner.

The remaining tour balance is payable upon arrival at the tour start destination (Day 1 of the tour), giving you added flexibility and peace of mind.

By optimizing payment processing while offering payment convenience, we continue to reinvest in what truly matters—enhanced safety standards, experienced tour staff, reliable logistics, and an exceptional overall rider experience.

All payments are officially recorded and acknowledged with proper invoices and confirmations.

While making bank trnafer payment please make sure to select your respective currency £/$/AUD as the sending currency, and the receiving currency should be INR (₹). Please quote your name & tour start date when making payment.
Note: Any transaction fee or bank charges during payment are to be borne by the rider and should not be deducted from the tour amount.

Once payment is done via any payment method send us an email at booking@adventureheist.com with

  • Rider/Pillion Names
  • Tour Code/Tour Name
  • Tour Start Date(Check tour page for available fixed departure dates)
  • Screenshot of payment confirmation.
 
 

PAYMENT TERMS

To secure a spot on any Adventure Heist tour, customers must pay a non-refundable initial booking deposit of GBP 299/AUD 623/USD439 (or its equivalent in other currencies) per person.

If the customer is unable to join the tour on the tour start date due to a genuine emergency, the deposit amount may be transferred to a future booking, provided that:

  1. The new booking is scheduled within one year from the original tout start date.
  2. The customer notifies us at least 90 days prior to the original tour start date.
  3. The customer provides valid and verifiable proof of the emergency (e.g., medical certificate, death notice, etc.).

Approval of deposit transfer requests is at the sole discretion of ADVENTURE HEIST and is subject to availability and applicable terms.

The remaining tour balance is payable upon arrival at the tour start destination (Day 1 of the tour). Failure to complete full payment within this timeframe will result in the booking being considered canceled by the customer, with the initial deposit forfeited and no further obligations on Adventure Heist.

Additionally, any cancellation made due to any reason, before the tour start date will not be eligible for any refund.
