Itinerary

Day 1Arrival in Kathmandu

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, our representative will be there to greet you. They will be holding a PLA card with your name written on it for easy identification. You will then be transferred to your hotel in a private vehicle. After checking in and settling down, we will meet in the evening for a briefing about the trip. This will be an opportunity to discuss the itinerary, answer any questions, and ensure everything is set for the adventure ahead.

Day 2Kathmandu to Pokhara

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up and set off on a scenic ride to Pokhara. The journey follows the Prithibi Highway, offering stunning views along the way. Midway, there will be a stop for lunch at Bandipur, a picturesque hill station known for its serene atmosphere and traditional Newari culture. After lunch and some exploration, the ride continues towards Pokhara, a beautiful lakeside city. Upon arrival, you will check in at Hotel, where you will enjoy dinner and unwind after the day’s journey. The transportation for the day includes a private bike for each rider, accompanied by a supporting jeep.

Day 3Pokhara to Kalopani

The day begins with an early morning ride to Sarangkot Hill to witness the breathtaking panoramic view of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges. After enjoying the mesmerizing sunrise, the journey continues westward towards Beni on a paved road. From Beni onwards, the ride involves a mix of off-road and paved paths leading to Kalopani. Along the way, there will be a stop to explore the stunning Rupche Waterfall, a highlight of the journey. Lunch will be enjoyed en route, and there will also be an opportunity to experience the natural hot springs at Tatopani. Throughout the ride, you will get glimpses of local farming and the daily lifestyle of the residents in this region. Upon reaching Kalopani, you will check into a lodge.

Day 4Kalopani to Kagbeni via Muktinath

Following breakfast, the journey continues with a ride to Marpha Village, a charming settlement famous for its apple orchards. You will have the opportunity to explore the apple farms and learn about the local agricultural practices. From Marpha, the ride proceeds towards Muktinath via Jomsom. Muktinath is a sacred site revered by both Hindus and Buddhists, known for its temple and the eternal flame at Jal Devi, which burns naturally due to underground gas. After exploring Muktinath Temple and enjoying lunch in the town, you will ride back to Kagbeni for an overnight stay. En route, there will be stops at the Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Jharkot and scenic viewpoints showcasing the breathtaking Mustang landscape.

Day 5Kagbeni to Lo-Manthang and Permit Formalities

After breakfast at Kagbeni, the morning begins with permit formalities at the restricted area checkpoint. Once the paperwork is completed, there will be time to explore the ancient monasteries and Buddhist schools of Kagbeni while interacting with the local people. The adventure then continues towards Lo-Manthang, involving a journey across the Kali Gandaki River and through a series of fascinating villages, including Chuksang, Chelle, Samar, Syangboche, Bhina, Ghiling, Ghami, and Tsarang. Along the way, you will have the chance to visit Chungsi Cave in Syangboche, stop at Syangboche Viewpoint for a stunning vista of Upper Mustang, and witness ancient sky caves, though access to these caves is restricted. Further ahead, there will be a visit to a monastery and the ancient King’s Palace Museum in Tsarang before finally arriving in Lo-Manthang.

Time: 5 to 6 hours

Day 6Explore Lo-Manthang and Ride to Chhoser

The day begins with breakfast at the lodge, followed by a visit to the three major monasteries in Lo-Manthang: Thupchen Monastery, Chode Gompa, and Jampa Monastery, all dating back to the 12th to 14th centuries. A visit to the Buddhist Museum will provide deeper insight into the region’s rich history and spiritual significance. Later, the ride continues towards Chhoser, where you will explore various ancient caves that were once used as residences by Tibetan inhabitants. Notable sites include Kunchokling Monastery, which dates back to the 6th to 8th century, Shija Jhong Cave, and Tinker Monastery, a fascinating cliffside structure. After a full day of exploration, you will spend the night in a guesthouse, where dinner will be served.

Day 7Chhoser to Marpha/Kalopani

An early morning ride takes you to the world’s highest golf course at an elevation of 4,700 meters. Along the way, you will encounter nomadic yak herders and have the chance to enjoy tea and snacks in a serene mountain setting. After returning to the lodge for breakfast, the journey back to Jomsom begins. En route, you will visit Ghar Gumpa, one of the oldest continuously operating monasteries, dating back to the 8th century. The ride continues with stunning views of Nilgiri Mountain before reaching Kalopani, where you will check into Guesthouse for the night.

Time: 6 to 7 hours

Day 8Kalopani to Pokhara

After breakfast, the return journey to Pokhara follows the same scenic route. This ride offers another chance to soak in the breathtaking landscapes of Mustang and the Kali Gandaki Valley. Upon arrival in Pokhara, you will check into your hotel and enjoy a relaxing evening with dinner provided.

Day 9Pokhara to Kathmandu

Following breakfast at the hotel, you will embark on the return ride to Kathmandu. The journey retraces the scenic Prithibi Highway, allowing for a final experience of Nepal’s diverse terrain. Upon reaching Kathmandu, you will check into Hotel, where dinner will be served. This marks the final night of the adventure, providing an opportunity to reflect on the incredible experiences and memories gathered throughout the trip.

Day 10Transfer to Airport for final Departure

On the final day, our airport representative will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the international terminal of Tribhuvan International Airport. With heartfelt goodbyes and unforgettable memories, you will board your flight back home, concluding an incredible journey through the stunning landscapes and cultural wonders of Nepal.

Important Notes

The Client have to provide copy of valid passport, valid visa and Protected Area Permit (PAP) or Restricted Area Permit (RAP) to visit Inner Line areas of Ladakh including Pangong Tso, Nubra Valley, Khardung La, Tso Moriri, Turtuk, Dah Hanu Villages. These Permits will be provided by us.

The client must possess a valid motorbike driving licence to drive a motorbike with an engine of 500 cc or above. For UK clients, an A or A2 category Driving Licence is required. The duration for which  you have held the licence is not a criterion.

Before they depart from their countries, they are advised to obtain an International Driving licence permit

The Client is advised to bring his/her own riding gear like boots, jackets, knee guards, elbow guards, etc(can be rented at  the site with an extra cost except boots).

Please get a medical certificate authorised by a doctor if the client has any past medical condition which may affect  riding motorbikes especially in high altitude conditions.

Travel insurance recommended.

This is an adventure tour; do not expect luxury accommodations or facilities, but rather nice and clean conditions.

Most tours are in the Himalayan region, so be prepared for the unexpected as this is a key part of the adventure experience.

Special Terms and Conditions

The sequence of the day-wise itinerary, accommodation, and tour program may change due to traffic schedules/restrictions on some roads or unforeseen events such as landslides, natural calamities, etc.

We reserve the right to change your accommodation in the event of unforeseen circumstances. A similar standard of accommodation will be provided.

Any unprecedented hikes in the cost of transport (including fuel surcharges), accommodation, or related expenses will affect the overall cost. You will be required to pay the additional amount during the tour.

We shall not be responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events. Any additional costs incurred will be in addition to the package price and will need to be paid during the tour.

Travellers are advised to carry backpacks with a maximum luggage weight of 15-20 kg per person. Extra luggage might incur additional charges.

If the majority of fellow passengers in the group become sick, we will shift you to a vehicle and no marshal will be provided on the motorbike. If you choose to continue the tour on a motorbike, any extra costs will be your responsibility.

In the event of state union issues or clashes, we may need to shift  you to a vehicle instead of a bike. No marshal will be provided on the motorbike.

Any damage to the bike during the tour caused by any rider or a pillion must be paid for on the spot by the client.

If you choose to abort or discontinue the tour or change your route, any extra costs will be your responsibility and must be paid on the spot.

All the riders and Pillion must wear helmets and other gears for the safety during the motorbike ride. Any accidents or damages are the client’s own responsibility, we are not responsible for any damage or losses.

This tour is not for beginners, you must have a few years of riding experience.
