Special Payment Terms

We offer multiple secure and flexible payment options for your convenience:

Payment can be made through:

1. Card via secure gateway/link(On request- booking@adventureheist.com)
2. Direct Bank Transfer to Adventure Heist account

Your booking is confirmed once the booking token(£299/per person) amount is received through any of the above methods in a fully transparent and traceable manner.

The remaining non-refundable tour balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the tour departure date, giving you added flexibility and peace of mind. Failure to complete the payment by the stipulated deadline may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your reserved tour slot.

All payments are officially recorded and acknowledged with proper invoices and confirmations within 24hrs of payment acknowledgement by  bank.

Note: Any transaction fee, card payment fee, conversion fee or bank charges during payment are to be borne by the rider/pillion/traveller and should not be deducted from the tour amount.
